What should have been a few years, felt like an unfamiliar beginning to Aine Kisaragi, as he stepped into the dorms of the Master Course.
It had only been a week since he was discharged from the hospital he was recovering at. He had finally awoken from his coma six months ago, however the doctors immediately noticed something was wrong with him.
–
His glazed eyes stared up into the pure white ceiling with a vacant gaze. His body had been like this ever since he almost committed suicide. The scientists had tried many methods to wake him up to no avail. In the end, they moved him into a hospital, almost intent on giving up on him.
It was not until one day, one nurse entered his room to tidy him up, she hear him mutter “white…”
Aine slowly blinked and began to move his head up. Doctors rushed in, ecstatic to see the former idol wake up. He stared at each of them with an intense gaze, and then stared into the palm of his hands.
“Everything is blank-white in my brain.”
After much testing, the doctors diagnosed him with a severe form of amnesia. He was told that he was Aine Kisaragi, a former idol, who got into a motor accident and hit his head severely.
He only nodded at them and continued staring at the wall, lost to the world. The blank white walls only made him calm from his dreams.
His soul finally woke up three months later, when the radio in his hospital room played a sweet, sad melody. Humming along with it, Aine followed the lyrics, and tearfully began to sing.
And he sang the next song afterwards. And the next.
All he remembered now, was that he definitely lived for music.

Aine questioned his doctors about his life relentlessly, wanting to know a bit more about his past life. When the doctors couldn’t provide him the answers he wanted, Aine decided he would take it upon himself to rediscover his memories through music.
And now here he was at Shining Agency. Secretly, he researched a bit more on himself, finding out that he used to work here. His doctors were reluctant to let him go, even trying to persuade him to retire from that terrible accident.
But Aine firmly held on to his wish, finally allowed to return here. Taking a breath of fresh air, he found the outside world to his hospital room more vivid, relaxing, and so full of life. He felt alive.
Continuing onward into the dorms, Aine only pondered on one baffling condition the doctors gave him when he re-enrolled in the Master Course.
Why had the doctors tell him to avoid a man named Reiji Kotobuki by all means?
