Seeing the tealette emerge from around the door, Natsuki’s features lit up with a vibrant smile,” Aine-chan!” he called out, reaching out his unbroken arm for a hug. He had Piyo-chan on TV and his new friend to visit again, and this made his heart race with joy. Hearing Aine speak, Natsuki chuckled quietly and shook his head, “No, you did not interupt me~” he replied, “Ah, yes, that’s Piyo-chan! Ne, you should sing with me!”
As he took in a small breath to begin his singing again, the plushie was held out to him and he stared and gently took it for a hug. A small giggle emitted from his grinning lips, “Ne, Piyo-chan, did you take good care of Aine last night?” he asked as he held the duckling out in front of him.
Natsuki looked to Aine with a huge smile as if to wait for an answer.
“Ah, Aine-chan it makes me feel so warm and happy to know that you are here,” he admitted, excitement overtaking his system.
Aine blinked, unsure of the gesture that Natsuki made, and still remained seated while Natsuki took back Piyo-chan.
“Maybe next time I’ll sing, Natsuki-kun,” the teal haired man smiled back at him, “I have to finish some work for my senpai.”
He moved his hand over to the folder of assignments; there was still some papers to be done.
“Piyo-chan was quite kind to me last night! I enjoyed his company. My roommate seems to really familiar with him.”
A slight blush came to his face at Natsuki’s warm smile and comment. He was making another person happy…? How was he doing that? Aine tilted his head down and gripped the rough fabric of his pants, confused.
“How am I able to do that…? I mean it’s just me, Natsuki-kun.” he asked, puzzled at the blonde. “Why…?”
