“Ah? 25?” Natsuki repeated questioningly, shocked almost but smiled brightly, “Ne, I shouldn’t be calling you Aine-chan then! I should be calling you Aine-senpai~!“
The tender blonde chuckled softly and he looked over Aine wiht intense curiousity,"Ne, Aine-cha~senpai…. you don’t like you are much older than someone who is my age~” he muttered.
The blonde was lost in this continuing thought until Aine replied about Camus. He smiled with a soft chuckle yet again, “Ne, Aijima-kun and Camus-senpai never got a long but I can tell that they secretly have a bond. Camus senpai seems like a good teacher~“
Natsuki brought his gaze to the window on the other side of him, opposite of Aine. It was nice day outside, the sunlight looked so warm from the outside. Those were his favorite days of all time. These were the kinds of days where the sun melted onto your skin and washed over you with a sense of gratitude and light as you lapped up the mellow warmth it had to offer.
Internally, Natsuki was eager to open the window or find a way to go outside and sit on the balcony or something.
"Yes, I’m 25 years old. My ID says so.” Aine replied softly, “But you don’t need to call me senpai, Natsuki-kun. I’m a student like you also.”

“Maybe it’s genetics?” The tealette gave a small chuckle and smiled, “Legend has it, that mermaids live a long, youthful life. Given my situation, who knows, Natsuki-kun?”

“Camus-senpai gives a lot of assignments though…! But yes, he’s a good teacher.”
Aine couldn’t help but reach out his hand to ruffle the larger blonde’s hair, growing quite fond of him. However, he noticed Natsuki’s gaze was vacant, staring out to the direction of the bright window that was behind him. The tealette tilted his head thoughtfully and put a finger to his chin.
“…”

“Natsuki-kun, do you want to go outside for some fresh air?”
